RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges. Please, read the following conditions and learn about the process.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
If you think you are eligible, please contact us.
Please don’t return your item without our confirmation, it wouldn’t be processed.
Exchanges
You can exchange your item within 14 days.
The process is the same as for a return.
Returns Method
Returning the parcel will be at your cost and responsibility. We strongly recommend a tracked service.
Items must be returned within 1 week after our confirmation. If they are returned after this delay, we will not proceed to a refund or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment.
